Tiny House ’21
The Wood Tiny House is small enough for transportation and big enough to live comfortably. It opens to the sun like a flower and closes in the cold of the night. It is an ideal space for meditation and observation.
The different positions of the roof allow increasing the thermal efficiency of the house. And folding platforms appear on two sides of the house. Every time in a different place. This house covers the basic needs, is sustainable and self-sufficient.
It is designed as a timber skeleton, isolated and coated with outdoor resistant wood. Water-related uses are attached to the main space connected with a polycarbonate/metal structure as being isolated an allows the entrance of light, without losing privacy. The installations are integrated into the house in such a way that they complement each other and create a symbiotic system for the comfort of the user.
The energy production comes from renewable sources such as the sun and biomass.
The heating system is located in the center of the space, increasing its efficiency. The thermal energy of the biomass stove increases the indoor temperature with its use and is connected to a heat exchanger where the energy is transferred to the water tank.
